Call2Talk is a confidential emotional support helpline that helps callers cope with feelings of despair, loneliness, and potential suicidal ideation. Callers are encouraged to freely express their concerns and challenges and to work toward their own solutions. The helpline is available 24/7.
Cross Connection is a listening line for those who are in recovery from addiction, staffed by people in recovery themselves. The listening line is available every day from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. After three beeps, enter your phone number and a volunteer will call you back shortly.

Safe Helpline for Military Sexual Trauma- The Department of Defense has contracted with RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) to provide independent and anonymous services for this hotline for the DoD Community

All listed providers have completed training in the Interal Family Systems model of therapy and provider listings include information on the therapists credentials and therpeutic focus.

Mass211 is a 24/7 telephone resource that provides information about local health and community services. Resources include support groups, volunteer opportunties, donation programs, and youth and elderare services. Calls are free, anonymous, and confidential. Resource listings are also available through the Mass211 website.
MASS VETS ADVISOR
MassVetsAdvisor.org is an online resource that connects veterans and their families in Massachusetts to the variety of benefits available to them. The website provides links to state and federal programs and non-profit resources for financial, education, housing, and other assistance.
MASSACHUSETTS COALITION FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION (MCSP)
The MCSP offers opportunities for involvement in suicide prevention efforts and provides links to suicide prevention and grief support resources. The coalition supports and develops suicide prevention initiatives, promotes collaboration among organizations, develops and recommends policies, and promotes research.
MASSACHUSETTS COMMISSION ON END OF LIFE CARE
The Massachusetts Commission on End of Life Care provides educational resources regarding end of life care and a directory of care and service providers throughout Massachusetts. Available resources cover issues of home care, palliative care, hospice, pain management, and symptom control.
MASSACHUSETTS COUNCIL ON COMPULSIVE GAMBLING
Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling provides a free, confidential 24/7 helpline and online chat with specialists offering emotional support and referrals for those affected by problems with gambling. Recovery and support programs are also available, including Gamblers Anonymous meetings and retreats.
