Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community.

Boston Gay and Bisexual Married Men's Support Group supports men who are working to preserve the marriage and those in the process of separation or divorce.

GAY FATHERS OF GREATER BOSTON
Gay Fathers of Greater Boston offers a support group for married, divorced, or separated fathers living with or apart from their children. Support meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of every month at First Parish Church, 50 Church Street in Waltham.

GLBT NATIONAL HELP CENTER
The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) National Hotline provides telephone, online private one-to-one chat and email peer-support, as well as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States.

GREATER BOSTON PARENTS, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OF LGBT PEOPLE (PFLAG)
We are a group of parents, families, friends, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people. We help change attitudes and create an environment of understanding so that our LGBTQ family members and friends can live in a world that is safe and inclusive. We accomplish this through support, education, and advocacy.

QUEER ASIAN PACIFIC-ISLANDER ALLIANCE (QAPA)
QAPA provides a supportive social, political, and educational environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning people of Asian and Pacific Islander heritage in the Boston and New England area. Meet ups include social events, discussions, and outings.

THE TRANS CLUB OF NEW ENGLAND
The Trans Club of New England (TNCE) is a social and support organization for the transgender community. TNCE provides social opportunities, a referral service to local therapists, support groups, and opportunities for education regarding transgenderism, Gender Dysphoria, transexuality, transvestism, and crossdressing.

THE TRANS HEALTH PROGRAM AT FENWAY
The Trans Health Program at Fenway offers several drop-in, staff-facilitated, peer-led, short-term, therapy and one-time social group activities and options for transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) people as well as for non-transgender partners, parents or guardians of TGNC individuals. Free walk-in consultations are available on Wednesdays on 2nd floor of the Ansin building to help individuals find health information and resources and determine the next steps for care.
